Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SoldRun. By creating an account or submitting a public signup, you agree to them.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register a coordinator account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Only collect signup data you have a lawful basis to collect, and only use it for the event the volunteer or donor signed up for.
• Don't use SoldRun to harass, deceive, or solicit unlawfully.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, captchas, or other technical safeguards.
• Don't paste sensitive personal data (SSNs, payment details, health information) into the address parser.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events, addresses, and signups you create. You grant SoldRun a limited license to host and process that content for the purpose of running the service.

Free & paid plans

SoldRun may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, features, and limits for paid plans are set out at signup or in your account. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

Service availability

SoldRun is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee zero downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoldRun's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
